SENSATIONAL SPIDERS

Sunday, October 13th from 10:00am-12:00 Noon

Get in the Halloween Spirit!

Join us for a moderate hike with plenty of breaks for activities and lessons. Walk away understanding common local spider species, how they interact with the world around them, and the many benefits they provide to our ecosystems.

All ages welcome. Please reach out if there are accommodations we can make for those with mobility issues.

Victor Rice began his interpretive nature guide journey at the Armand Bayou Nature Center in Houston, Texas, leading night hikes and bayou pontoon boat programs. After moving to Seattle, he became an active member of the Seattle Urban Nature Guide (SUNguide) program for the Parks Departments. Bridle Trails State Park was one of the first areas he visited after moving to the PNW, and has since remained an influential natural space to him. In his other life, he flies spaceships! :)
